All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship order. Please double check your shipping address. We cannot change any information once order is shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders 

THE CONCRETE COWBOY TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.

All sales are final. The Concrete Cowboy team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
